Resident reviews
“Tony who works at the front desk is an absolute saint. He truly cares about his job and residents and it shows. My entire lease he was always so accommodating and nice. If it weren’t for Tony I don’t know what I’d do! Thanks Tony!!! Give that man a raise! However I will say be warned the fees at this place are outrageous. They nickel and dime you for everything. I had a wonderful experience until I tried to move then all the sudden Jaycee is reaching out trying to tack on extra fees for “60 day notice” when I was out of town for the holiday season and they couldn’t reach me for a few days because of Christmas. Then Jaycee reaches out after I move with this $120 for carpet damages when I didn’t even have new carpets to begin with? Saying it’s a “depreciation of four years” when I lived there for only a year. I asked if the person who lived there before me had to pay this fee since my carpets weren’t new and they couldn’t give me an answer. Disappointing considering I’ve paid my rent on time (all the monthly fees and all) every month. Overall I would have left five star simply based on Tony and my EXCELLENT experience with him. But these people behind the scenes really just want all your money. Typical corporate behavior.”

“Although I also own, I have mostly rented my entire adult life and this place moving in was so smooth, the trash concierge is amazing, Tony was super helpful and consistent. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏽. I'll say a breath of fresh air from where I was at Vista Sands. You care and it shows!”

“The management here is off the charts. 6 ⭐️ Let me explain why: My boyfriend and I had been living here for about 6 months when an already ongoing issue with our neighbors escalated dramatically at 6am one morning. Day of, I was able to make into the leasing office and speak with Tony. (Shout out Tony, the whole reason I’m writing this review. Whatever you’re being paid is NOT enough.) He was extremely welcoming, accommodating, and understanding of our situation. After a quick chat (less than 30 minutes) he was able to get my boyfriend and I out of that situation in less than a week. From all the other horror stories I’ve heard of leasing offices this place (and again, specifically Tony) is a unicorn. …and I’m not sure if they mention the free art events whenever you move in but we have an artist in residence here, Alex. We just made it to our first event last night (candle making) and had so much with her and the other residents! If you already live here and haven’t checked those programs out yet- YOU NEED TO! One last thing I just love about the Isaac is the wildlife. I’ve included pictures of duckies for your viewing pleasure.”
